- Why agents need different rules - what changes when AI executes actions rather than answering questions, and where the new risks sit.
- Guardrails: promises vs locked doors - the difference between polite instructions an AI will probably follow and hard controls it cannot bypass.
- Data management and boundaries - what your agents can see and touch, and how stale, undocumented or over-shared data becomes operational risk.
- Designing effective human oversight - oversight that works at machine speed: boundaries, exceptions and matching controls to stakes.
- Auditability and accountability - reconstructable trails of what an agent did, with which data, under whose authority.
