- What connectors are and why they matter - AI embedded directly in your tools, with secure, organisation-approved access.
- Documents and email: Word, Outlook, M365 - drafting, editing, thread summaries and querying SharePoint and OneDrive instead of digging through folders.
- Spreadsheets: Claude in Excel/Sheets - building formulas, cleaning messy data and drafting models, with the scrutiny AI-generated numbers require.
- Presentations: Claude in PowerPoint/Slides and reporting - first-draft decks from reports and notes, restyled and tightened while human judgement drives the narrative.
- Meetings and messaging: Zoom/Webex, Slack, Teams - extracting decisions and actions from meetings and chaining transcripts into follow-ups and calendar holds.
