- Workflow mapping and diagnostics calls - We deconstruct your current workflows, identify high-priority, high-impact use cases and agree clear success measures before anything is built. (2x 0.5-1 hr / team)
- Workflow automation workshop - A hands-on guided sprint to design, build and test a workflow tailored to your infrastructure, with your team enabled to run it. (0.5 day / team)
- Follow-on implementation support - Dedicated engineer support to debug, address lessons learned and plan extensions, so the workflow scales in your environment. (2x 0.5-1 hr calls)
Session details
- Total time: 0.5-day workshop + 2-4 hours of calls (diagnostics and follow-on)
- Participants: Up to 15 within the same team / function
- Delivery: Remote or in person (UK; other locations by arrangement)
- What you leave with: A working workflow deployed in your environment where access allows - otherwise a deployment-ready build with runbook, process maps and a technical brief for your IT and security teams - plus an extension plan
