Agenda
- Foundations - core concepts - how generative and agentic AI work, what they get wrong, and the key terms you need to use them well.
- Claude's core features - Projects, Skills and Connectors: what each does and how together they replace inefficient, copy-paste working.
- Capability vs limitation - what AI is genuinely reliable at, where it fails, and how to read the headline statistics.
- Demonstration - one task end-to-end - a quarterly review built from scattered files and live data, producing a report and a slide deck.
- Guided setup - build your own working setup step by step: a Project, a context file, a Skill, a connected tool and a first structured prompt.
