Multi-team automation hackathon (non-tech)
Code: CORP-HACK | Track: non-technical | Duration: 0.5-1 day in-person
Bring multiple teams together in person for a focused build day: shared tooling briefing, one priority automation per team, and closing presentations that spread what works.
Context
Multiple teams from different functions ready to each ship one priority automation in a single day.
Who it's for
Operations and business teams
Prerequisites
- Per-team targets agreed at diagnostics calls; tool and data access provisioned per team; one room with screens per team plus a plenary space
Format

- The automation hackathon - An in-person day in three phases: opening tooling briefing, parallel team build sprints with our engineers pairing on blockers, and closing presentations from every team. (0.5-1 day in-person)
- Follow-on implementation support - Per-team engineer support after the event to debug, unblock and harden each build into a working workflow. (1x 0.5-1 hr call / team)
